KEY FEATURES
Mechanical Compatibility
Our platforms conform to CubeSat deployment standards, including standard rail dimensions and attachment interfaces. Each unit is engineered for compatibility with most commercial deployers and launch adapters, including ESPA-class interfaces, ensuring seamless integration into multi-payload launch missions.
Communication Flexibility
We offer versatile communication solutions with support for UHF (for TTC), S-band (data downlink), and X-band (high-speed transmission). The system is configurable based on mission needs and includes optional integration with customer ground segment infrastructure. Antenna deployment mechanisms and redundancy options are available on request.
Scalable Power Management
Each CubeSat is equipped with a modular power system capable of adapting to varying mission demands. The system includes high-efficiency solar panels, MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) regulators, and robust battery management. It supports continuous power delivery for high-consumption payloads while ensuring thermal and voltage safety across operational cycles.
Radiation-Tolerant Design
Subsystems critical for mission success — including on-board computer, power regulation, and communication — are designed with radiation tolerance in mind. We implement hardware-level shielding, fault-tolerant architectures, and watchdog timer recovery mechanism to ensure performance in low Earth orbit (LEO) radiation environments, especially for missions exceeding 6 months.
Adaptive ADCS Integration
Our platforms support optional integration of full ADCS (Attitude Determination and Control System) suites based on mission requirements. Depending on the payload and mission duration, we can equip the CubeSat with a tailored combination of:
- Sensors: Sun sensors, magnetometers, gyroscopes, star trackers
- Actuators: Magnetorquers, reaction wheels, cold gas thrusters
- Software: Kalman filtering, attitude control algorithms, mode switching
The system is fully integrated and tested with the onboard computer for seamless in-orbit operation.
